An initial deposit payment towards one place on the A Song of Oak & Ash retreat, from 27th to 31st August at The Big Shed, Tombreck Farm, Perthshire, Scotland.

Includes all meals, teaching, activities and camping accommodation (participants must bring their own camping equipment, there are glamping add-ons available for those unable to do so).

The total cost of the retreat is on a sliding scale (not including glamping add-ons):

• £475 (supported)

• £525 (standard)

• £575 (supporter)

Payment of the balance — either:

• £325 (supported)

• £375 (standard)

• £425 (supporter)

…is due by Saturday 20th June 2026. We will send you a link with payment options before this date. A course registration form will be issued shortly after full payment is made.

Deposit payments are non-refundable.

Please review the terms and conditions carefully before booking, in particular the cancellation policy (quoted below).

Cancellation Policy:

If the booking is cancelled by the client (for any reason) the following charges will arise:

a) Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the event starts, 50% of the fee will be refunded assuming it has been paid, minus the non-refundable deposit payment. 

b) Cancellation 8 weeks or less before the event, the fee is non-refundable.

c) In the event of an early departure or drop out by the client from the retreat after it has commenced, no refund will be given.

The client acknowledges that it is reasonable for such penalties to arise given the need for the hosts to make preparations for a retreat substantially in advance of the start date.
